Jackie Helms, BSW

Jackie earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Appalachian State University in 2021. After graduation, she began her career as an adult services social worker in Morganton, NC. In this role, she worked closely with adults needing support, helping them navigate various social services. Additionally, Jackie has experience as a case manager for unhoused individuals, where she managed crisis situations and provided essential resources. Jackie is pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Appalachian State University. She is passionate about working with individuals, families, and couples, providing support and guidance to help them navigate challenges and enhance their overall well-being.
